How long does polyurethane waterproof coating last?

Our Single-Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty and is designed for a 10-year lifespan under normal conditions. Real-world lifespan depends on surface preparation, number of coats applied, and exposure to direct sun.

Can I apply waterproof coating myself, or do I need a professional?

Yes, you can apply it yourself. The coating is designed for brush, roller, or spray application on a clean, dry surface. We recommend at least two coats in perpendicular directions. Will the products work during Ghana’s heavy rainy season?

That’s exactly what they’re designed for. Our waterproof coatings, sprays, and butyl rubber tapes are formulated to withstand Ghana’s tropical rains, UV exposure, humidity, and harmattan dust. For best results, apply at least 24–48 hours before heavy rain so the product can fully cure.

How much waterproof coating do I need for my roof or wall?

The 5kg bucket covers approximately 5–7 m² with two coats. The 10kg bucket covers 10–15 m². Measure your surface area, then double it (because you need two coats). Still unsure? Send us a photo and the dimensions on WhatsApp and we’ll calculate it for you.

Can I paint over the waterproof coating after it cures?

Yes. Once the coating is fully cured (24–48 hours), most exterior paints can be applied on top. Our coating is also available in transparent, grey, red, blue, green, and white — so you may not need a top coat at all.

Are your products genuine and tested?

Yes. Every product on our store is sourced from trusted manufacturers and tested under real Ghanaian conditions before we offer it. The polyurethane coatings come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty and a 10-year design lifespan.

Where do you deliver?

Nationwide across Ghana. Same-day or next-day delivery in Accra and Tema. 1–2 business days to Kumasi. 2–5 business days to all other regions (Takoradi, Cape Coast, Ho, Tamale, Bolgatanga, Sunyani, and more) via reliable courier partners.

How long does delivery take?

See above for specific zones. For urgent orders in Accra or Tema, call us before 2:00 PM and we’ll usually deliver the same day.

Can I pay on delivery?

Pay on Delivery is available in selected zones — mainly Accra and Tema. Please confirm with us by WhatsApp on 0555548001 before placing the order so we can confirm eligibility for your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa and Mastercard at checkout, and bank transfer for bulk/contractor orders.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method. Bulky items (like 10kg coating buckets) may attract a slightly higher fee. Returns, Warranty & Guarantee

Can I return an opened bucket of paint or spray?

No. For safety and product-integrity reasons, opened coatings, sprays, and chemical products cannot be returned. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or leaking?

Contact us on 0555548001 within 24–48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Our polyurethane waterproof coatings carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty with a 10-year design lifespan. Professional installation work comes with an additional 3-year workmanship warranty.
