We don't waterproof Ghanaian homes by chance — we waterproof them properly. Every product we sell and every job we install is backed by clear, written guarantees. Here's exactly what you get when you work with Fest Ghana Limited.

1. 3-Year Workmanship Warranty (Installation)

Every waterproofing job we install — roof, bathroom, balcony, water tank, swimming pool, foundation — comes with a 3-year workmanship warranty.

If a job we sealed leaks within 3 years due to faulty workmanship, we return to site and fix it at no cost to you. No arguments, no excuses, no fine print.

(Warranty covers workmanship only. Damage from third-party building modifications, structural movement, or storm damage is assessed case by case.)

2. 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty (Polyurethane Coating)

Our single-component polyurethane waterproof coating carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty against material defects when applied per instructions.

If the coating itself fails (cracks, peels, or loses bond) within 3 years of correct application, the product is replaced free of charge.

3. 10-Year Design Lifespan

Beyond the formal warranty, our polyurethane coating is engineered for a 10-year design lifespan under normal conditions in Ghana's climate.

Real-world performance depends on surface preparation, number of coats applied, and exposure to sun and rain — but you should expect a decade of dry walls and ceilings from a properly applied job.

4. Free Site Assessment

Before any waterproofing job, we visit your property, inspect the leak or problem area, and give you a fixed-price written quote. No surprise costs. No "extras" added later. What you sign is what you pay.

5. Same-Day Emergency Response (Accra & Tema)

Roof leaking right now? Call us before noon Monday–Saturday and we'll be on-site the same day in Accra and Tema. We know how much damage a single rainy night can do — we move fast.

6. Product Satisfaction Guarantee

For waterproofing materials bought online:

  • 7-day return window on unopened items — changed your mind? Send it back.
  • Damaged or defective on arrival? Report within 24–48 hours with a photo and we'll replace or refund — free.
  • Wrong item delivered? We'll swap it at no cost to you, no questions asked.

How to Make a Warranty or Guarantee Claim

  2. Send us a photo of the issue and your order/invoice number
  3. We'll assess the claim within 48 hours and schedule a site visit or replacement
  4. Most claims are resolved within 5 working days
