How to Apply

1. Clean and dry the surface — remove dust, oil and loose material.
2. Stop active leaks first with Plugging King.
3. Seal joints and penetrations with Leak Seal Tape.
4. Apply the first coat by brush or roller in one direction.
5. Allow 2–4 hours to dry.
6. Apply the second coat at right angles to the first.
7. Allow 24–48 hours before water exposure.

Ideal For

Flat concrete roofs · terraces · bathrooms · balconies · retaining walls · pools · water tanks · foundation walls (external side, before backfill). Not for the inside face of a basement wall or a sump pit.
