The Permanent Fix — A 4-Step Exterior Wall System
Step 1: Diagnose and fix the moisture source

Strip all peeling paint back to sound substrate.
Step 3: Apply an exterior wall waterproofing coat
A thin waterproof coating layer applied to the exterior render forms a rain-shedding barrier BEHIND the decorative paint.
Step 4: Apply exterior-grade weatherproof paint
Over the waterproofing layer, apply a UV-stable, breathable exterior emulsion paint. Two coats minimum.
