Shipping & Delivery Across Ghana

Fest Ghana Limited delivers nationwide. Whether you’re in Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi, Ho, Tamale, or a smaller town, we’ll get your order to you safely and on time.

Delivery Zones & Timeframes

  • Accra & Greater Accra: Same-day or next-day delivery on orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
  • Tema & surrounding industrial area: Same-day or next-day delivery
  • Kumasi & Ashanti region: 1–2 business days via courier
  • All other Ghanaian regions (Takoradi, Cape Coast, Ho, Tamale, Bolgatanga, Sunyani, etc.): 2–5 business days via nationwide courier partners

Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Bulky items like 10kg polyurethane buckets may attract a slightly higher fee due to weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation with tracking details (where available) by SMS or WhatsApp. For local Accra and Tema deliveries, our driver will call you directly when on the way.

Damaged or Lost Items

We pack waterproofing coatings, sprays, and tapes carefully to survive Ghana’s roads. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 24–48 hours on 0555548001 with a photo if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
