Principal business activities
Supply, importation, distribution and retail of waterproofing materials, coatings, paints, sealants, membranes and related construction chemicals; application and installation of waterproofing systems to concrete roofs, gutters, floors, walls, water tanks, swimming pools, basements and foundations; leak detection, repair, remedial and maintenance services; and related building finishing and specialised construction works.
Where we work
We supply nationwide — Greater Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Ho, Tamale and Sunyani — and carry out installation across Greater Accra and beyond. We work with homeowners, contractors, facilities teams and corporate procurement departments.
Warranty
Installation work carries a 3-year workmanship warranty and a 3-year manufacturer material warranty. The design life of a correctly installed and maintained polyurethane system is 20 years.
Design life and warranty are not the same thing. The warranty is the period during which we return and put right any defect at our cost. The design life is how long the membrane is engineered to keep performing. Anyone advertising a 20 or 25-year warranty on a liquid membrane in Ghana is quoting design life under the wrong heading.
